8. Account Closure & Suspension

• In cases of registration using false information.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

CK44 Long's total liability in any case shall not exceed the balance held in the member's account.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• In disputes regarding betting outcomes, CK44 Long's server records shall serve as the final authority.
